So the chemo can damage the follicles and may change its shape so that it produces a fiber of a different shape and it can also be even longer or thinner. So depending on its shape and its thickness, it will come in curly or it can also come in very straight. But very often it will come in thinner and that's because it's so thin it tends to curl up.
