Yeah, very good question. All it is actually is basically a party balloon and you put helium in it. Actually if you just go to my YouTube page, put my call sign, you'll actually see the payload and the balloon and how it's attached to a 20 meter dipole. There's I think 13 feet from the balloon to the payload and then they drop another 13 feet wire. It's very, very small wire and it transmits on 20 meters. There's many solar panels on board that gives you your voltage. There's a micro capacitor that holds the voltage so that it can relay messages to the earth every two or three minutes. And the best thing to do is look at the payload on my YouTube and then you can read the instructions of all what the payload computer can do for you. And it's just very exciting to see them travel that far. It transmits on .225 of a watt, almost the same power that it takes to operate your remote control and yet it transmits 1500 kilometers up to earth at 40,000 meters. Over. 40,000 feet. Over.
