Well good afternoon Kirk, I am fine. I just got outside after doing the morning net, having a little breakfast and getting outside in the garden. And continuing on my extensive punch list which gets shorter every time I step outside and do something. Which is fantastic since we're moving into a little bit of rain tomorrow which is most welcome. And I think it's only a few hours of rain. I don't think very much is going to fall. But any that does is like I say very very welcome. But I'm loving the sun today. Hope you get outside as well and have some fun there Kirk. Nice to hear Tim and David and everybody else and Sean.
