Good morning there Art and everybody on the net and good morning there to Ms. Terry. And I'm sure your son's going to have a fun time at the ball game there with, I think it was his dad or his grandpa. And yeah, we're sitting out here on the porch and enjoying the cool air. We had more rain yesterday so that hurricane off Mexico and southern Cal gave us two days of all set on. Really nice rain and I couldn't believe it. The high in our area of Phoenix yesterday was 88. There Joe was in the pool and the water was 80 and the air temperature was 88. Wow. So we really enjoyed it. And while I was at the doctor's office yesterday morning, wow, it must have rained over half an inch in about 20 minutes. It was just a deluge and luckily it stopped and the sun started to come out when we went out to the car. So that was good timing. So anyway, a high of 88. We'll take that. But good to hear Joe, J-O-E, and playing with the dogs again. That's great Joe and I hope Lynn-A-Loo is feeling okay and not getting sick. Daryl sure sounded like he was feeling bad. So wish him well. I'm happy for him that he's got a new bike or another bike that he can enjoy now. So not have to wait on that darn repairman. And Robert, boy, you're a good tester for me, it sounds like. Oh, that's so fair. Yeah, we agree with you. These ads are terrible, honestly. That's what we really enjoyed is David Muir's newscast at 5.30. And boy, I tell you, he'll come back and say about five words and then break into another ad. So he had half the ads, you don't know what they're trying to sell anyway. You know, they're so crazy. But I know I had some other things I wanted to say, but it's just avoiding me. So I'll turn it over to Joey. This is KAT7 LRS. Everybody have a good day. I hope we hear from Bud there too. I thought I heard him check in. Okay, over to Joey.
