I just paused to reset. I know you were talking about that hotdog factory and I worked in a McDonald's when before I turned 16 I made a fake birth certificate and filled out an application and got a job and and did that till I was 16 and I had fun there I Have invented the the cheeseburger was kind of the norm and They the only double really that was the norm was the Big Mac, but they did Didn't sell many of them was the double cheeseburger But I invented the triple cheeseburger with Four slices of cheese, I wonder how many calories that is and I never really had a problem With McDonald's when I worked there But you know we took the meat and we took it out of the box And we put it on the on the grill and we griddled the meat along with we dehydrated the onions they came in a bag and it didn't I don't remember it actually smelling in there, but For those of you that have been to Chicago You might remember the rock and roll McDonald's Which It's still there. It's kind of like the Sears Tower now. They call it What do they call it the Willis Tower? I just call it the Sears Tower So the rock and roll McDonald's is really cool just a lot of memorabilia, and there's a Corvette inside and all kinds of cool stuff and statues of McDonald land characters but they tore that down and and they made a new McDonald's and I still call it the rock and roll McDonald's, but I've done some extensive work there. We put a system in and The The head end of this system Was in one of their offices, and I'd have to I'd have to walk to walk in I'd have to walk through and walk past people and and the you know frying and Baskets and you have to be careful narrow aisles there. They they didn't give much for the cooking area Not for the eating area and let me reset one more time But McDonald's has changed they don't have griddles that you cook on anymore and They don't have the bun toasting machines like they used to The the meat goes into trays, and I don't remember exactly how the buns get handled, but it's not the same as it was and I Just don't like that smell in there and and the floor is like Hard to walk on if you don't have the right shoes, which I don't so it's slippery you could slide around in there But as soon as you go past the cashier that smell is gone The inside smell somehow is gone and I didn't eat McDonald's for a while After that I couldn't even eat McDonald's anymore. I was done but I I like their breakfast. I really do and their fries are good, but the burgers they Don't give me much energy But I think the coolest job that that I've ever done that one of the highlights is we They had shut off Buckingham fountain for those of you been in Chicago for the winter and Drained it and We worked on the inside well and the outside too but we replaced all the lights with LED and Again Underneath that fountain I'd come home smelling like mold But it was it was really cool. I wish I could find those pictures of me doing that work But I'd have to say that was one of the more interesting jobs that that I had This is repeater stay low kilo 7 November Quebec November all-star. I'll stick with that to to before I time out back to you
