I feel the same way that that's what's happening. There's nothing we can do about it. I mean, there's nothing you can do about it. I was thinking about selling a condo here in St. Hubert and moving out to New Brunswick, and it's almost impossible to get a lot of land out in the middle of nowhere and try to go through the building to get it all. It's like they don't want anybody moving. They don't want anybody moving away from the place either. I can feel that too. It's like they all want us to get there in the city, but no one wants to live there.
