I was living there and I thought it was clean and I did the stupidest thing. I let my dog have some water because I didn't want to go downstairs and grab a gallon of water, which was free. It was all the gallons of plastic waters right in the lobby. I let the dog have a dish of that. It looked clean at the time, but man, I had another couple hundred dollars. I had it bring the dog right to the vet. The dog could hardly walk. It was all cramped up. His legs were cramped. And that's from bad water. Good thing I didn't drink it. It probably would have killed me. I gave it to my Labrador Retriever and it almost killed him. It's nothing you want to mess with.
