Yeah, everybody got out of there. Everybody. I mean, it's not the Montreal. I've been going down there. My cousins lived there and sometimes my mom would drop me off there for the summer while they went on vacation, so I get to spend the week. But even back in the 60s, it was different. I wasn't downtown or anything. They lived in the Hispanic community of Montreal. But it was nice. It was perfect. Something happened. I'm trying to think now. About the year 2000, everybody just got the hell out of there. Honestly, I mean, everybody. It's completely changed. Oh yeah, that's when they started the remodel for downtown. And they took the corner of Saint Cath and Saint Laurent. And that was the center, the beginning of the center, the Despicate. All the little shops were there. All the rents went through the roof. They couldn't afford to stay. They got flooded with really crappy touristy shit. All the locals and the interesting people who used to come from all around town to gather downtown and get together stopped because it was full of tourists and touristy stuff. They wanted nothing to do with it.
