Most of the ones that are my age right now, they are retired in Montreal, they live right next to the harbor in these beautiful condos. They look like condos. It's beautiful, it's right next to the harbor. That's where they retire. But they don't own them. That's the thing, they don't own those. It's a club membership. The club owns it. If you're in the club, basically you own nothing. The club will take care of you for the rest of your life. Those are the old guys and they don't probably do anything bad. But the young runners, like you said, the ones that they have to run 24-7, they do. They run them for days at a time and do all their dirty work. Those are the bad ones. But the old guys are probably the nice ones.
