Hello Rebecca, good evening to everyone. I am just mumbling around a little bit. Just finished dropping my car off at where I usually drop it off for charging. It takes a day for us to get it all charged up. Anyway, and running around running a couple of other errands now. I was doing a little work at a friend's place, friend's house, getting a front entrance rail prepped for painting. It needs a fresh coat of paint so my tomorrow is pretty well planned. Otherwise I said hey it's the weekend and I'm going to take it easy. I think I'm going to get my rear end gear and participate some in the stem and run radio contest thing this weekend. It starts at what I think 1700 Saturday. It runs for 24 hours. Anyway I'll double check on that. I've got all this HF gear that I've never really done anything with. So I'd like to take it out portable and hook up an antenna someplace and make something happen. It's running on all bands, CW and Six Sideband, 6 meters to 160 meters. If anyone is interested they can look at it. I just googled salmon run contest or salmon run radio and it took me to the correct website. There's some HF contest activity going on this weekend and of course it references salmon running. KI7 ZEI.
