Good morning Rock and Roy and good morning to everyone else on a worldwide friendship net. Boy you always sound so chipper. I wish I could take some lessons from you. Anyway it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Sound familiar? Anyway it really is. Wall to wall sunshine, not a cloud in the sky, temperatures in the mid-A's and the wife is going to the beach so I snuck out of the cave and I'm here spraying stuff and spraying weeds on the lawn. And I've got a lot of them. They grow up all over the place. They grow like weeds you know. Anyway yesterday I went to the spine and pain clinic where they got me in and they shot me full of some kind of steroids from my back. The first time I went in before my operation, my last back issue, they got me in there and they shot me with a, I guess it was cortisone and they said it would take effect immediately and sure enough it did. It lasted a month and that was it. But this time they shot me full of something else. I don't even know what it was. But they said that it was going to last for 6 to 8 months, maybe even longer. So I'm looking forward to that. But they said it wouldn't even take full effect until like 7 or somewhere between 7 and 14 days. So looking forward to that as well. Anyway I'm getting up and around and joining life again and joining the living. Good morning to Rosie, Leachon, and Glenn and everybody else like I said on the World Wide Friendship Day. You've been pappy. Hello to him. Anyway enough of me. Let's hear from everyone else. Kilo, Bravo to Romeo, Quebec, Quebec.
