Another thing they gave us at Panazavia, El Voy, was this thing that I was uncertain what it was. It looked like a cup of like sweet milk with jello squares in it, but the whole thing was jello. And I was like, ¿Qué hacen esta nogre? What did they call this? And they call it elatina, gelatin, basically. But it's a, there's a bunch of like normal like American jello that's like clear translucent and colored, like you expect green and red. But there's also a gelatin that is non-translucent and like yellowish beige color. It's so good. It's crazy. Elatina is the name of this. Then we went to the Colima Market. Then we went to this restaurant called Simon and they fed us like tacos and quesadillas. And that was really amazing.
