Well, I don't know how there was no maintenance person around, but I'm glad you got it figured out, Sean. I'm excited. I'm excited for you. Furniture, furniture. It's going to be fun. I took today off to get a few things done. And I got some of the things done, but not everything. But I've got a few upcoming periods from which I can do the other things. And yeah, I just, I think I might have mentioned this a little while ago, but I'm finally sort of moving forward on this little project I have where someone gave me a, I think the official measurement for this is a crap ton of postcards that they had sort of inherited from somebody. So I have a bunch of postcards and some postcard stamps. And I need to get rid of these things, but I'm going to do it the most inefficient way possible, just sort of one or two at a time. So yeah, I guess if people have their, if people are good on QRZ as they say, some people might be expecting an occasional postcard. Yeah, that's about all I've got. Oh yeah, I've got all these, a bunch of cherry tomatoes in the backyard that are finally starting to ripen and I'm able to collect. So looking forward to doing more with that. That's all I've got.
