This legislation that we're talking about, if you're a member of ARRL, you will have gotten an email and it's the email has a link in it that you need to click and then it comes up with a page where you put your call and there's a submit button. Once you put your call in, it populates all your naming, et cetera, and then you click submit. If you're not a member, well, I'm not sure. I'm not sure what happens there, but if you're not a member, you can go to the ARRL website and see what they say. Which is ARRL.com, I think. Might be .net. Anyway, you can Google it that way.
