Well, the thing that Rich was talking about is, yeah, homeowners associations will not be able to legislate against ham radio, I guess is a simple way of putting it. The big thing to me is they're shutting down ham radio and nothing else. You can still have satellite antennas, TV antennas, but no ham radio antennas and no antenna on your vehicle.
