The reason it's needed is because some homeowners associations, some condos, some areas are outlawing antennas for hands, including antennas in your attic. They don't even want you to have an antenna in your attic. They don't even want you to have an antenna on your vehicle. So this law would give hams the same rights that homeowners have, that condo owners have, that renters have to put up an antenna so that they could be active. I encourage you to fill out the form. All you have to do is click on the email, enter in your call sign. It will populate the information itself and then click to send that off. It's important because there are communities that are shutting down hams and things like that do nothing but spread.
