Okay, well, have fun rehabbing there and yeah, maybe you'll get a big, big department you can hang on the wall when you get all done. That'd be cool. Yeah, those water heaters, they don't last any time at all. It seems like it used to be, shoot, they'd last 30, 40 years, but today's water heaters are made to last, if you're lucky, 10 to 12 years or something like that. And they rust out or something in the bottom, so I don't know. They got them fixed up, they know how long it's going to last, so you got to pay for another one. And they're getting pretty expensive compared to what they used to cost. Anyway, good luck on that and I hope it doesn't cost you too much. You take care and have a good day.
