All right, it's got very few things that it's responsible for and there was a reason for that. I think charity and all that stuff needs to be done on a local level because those people are vested and they have the best idea of what's needed in their area and how best to achieve it. We need to not make it centralized with the central government. If they want to collect some money and dole it out, that's one thing, but they need to keep their every little pause out of it. I think that's the best way to do it. That's probably the best idea. There was something else we're going to talk about. Oh well, must have been not that important.
