KL7 DZQ returning. Yes, I am still doing the Louie net It looks like I'm into I think I'm in my fourth year now. I kind of lost track after After The guy who Convinced me to start it after he passed away. I kind of lost track of how long I've been doing it But it's been a while now. So yeah, and tonight's question. Let me get to it well talking about you, of course the the motto for the Louie net is a reuse Reuse recycle repurpose and reimagine that's what that's what we go for and tonight The question was sort of a philosophical one. It was Where do you drive it? So do you let things rest when when do you let things rest? are there times when the most respectful act is to not restore or Reclaim an item that is being given to you for free or that you find by the side of the road Do you leave it to decay with dignity or do you fix it up? And if you do, where do you draw the line at the point where you won't touch it? There were many great great answers the one that one that came out was sometimes it's the size because you know as That the homes are not not big and so you you see something big and your your eyes are bigger than your mouth so to speak and Sometimes if you bring something home, that's just too big It's just too complicated of a of a project and you just don't want to do it Another thing was rust one person said if if something is rusty and its replacement would be cheap I probably won't try anything with it So but if it has sentimental value that was where everyone was 100% if it's sentimental or part of the family I there everyone agreed it was worth attempting So that was the question tonight was just talking about where where do you draw the line at reclaiming something and recycling it? Reimagining the use for but I'll leave you with what I've been doing while I'm sitting here and watching someone make Stuff out of wood. I've been crunching up my Dry roasted peanut shells after I've eaten the peanuts inside I'm crunching them up by hand so I can run them through a grain mill and then I'm going to turn it into wood filler And it has a very woody look to it Anyway, it is free. So yeah, I can make sawdust but this is this is more funner, right? Anyway, that's that's what the Louie nets about
