Well, today was a little warmer than anticipated, which I shouldn't be complaining about because overall it was a very nice day. I did get some painting done this morning at a friend's house doing front porch and steps. There's another coat that I've got to put on tomorrow, so I'll be doing that in the morning. I guess I'll paint the rails too while I've got the chance. I got almost all the work done before the sun came around and started shining on the work area, so that was good. But this late afternoon and evening I've had a really hard time getting motivated. I've spent a couple of three hours, I guess, doom scrolling on the internet looking at news items and so forth, watching some videos that I didn't need to watch because I already knew about the stuff. Let's see, I watched a video talking about this. Deconitioning naval ships, submarines and so forth, and they dissect them or blow them up or whatever they want to do. I didn't need to watch that. I know that stuff already. But anyway, in the last half hour since I checked in, I did get my dishes done, so that was good. So I'm feeling a little better motivated and actually the nets kind of kicked me in the butt and told me to start doing whatever it is that I was supposed to be doing, so thank you for that. Anyway, hey, it's a beautiful evening out and tomorrow's going to be another nice day, a little cooler I think, which will be fine with me because again I've got to be doing some more painting.
