Good afternoon everybody, Dave N3NTV in Moberg South Dakota. I really don't know yet because my drive to work is only 4 and a half miles. There isn't a whole lot of traffic around here. My nearest repeater is 100 miles north of me, got 100 miles east of me, 100 miles south of me. So I was thinking about going down the pier which is 100 miles down Highway 83, but that got called off. So I hope in one of these days we'll get to one of the channels and test it out. But it was coming home from the install. I was on the one system and the guy told me there was a little bit of noise. So I should take my HTO there and see what's going on. He must have heard me pretty good, but I think there's a whining noise in there. So I have to put a noise counselor in there somewhere. We were at the shop for just over 4 hours. They did a real nice install. Both antennas are on mechanical hinges, electrical. So when I get ready to go in my garage, I'm sort of switching it both fold backwards. I only got about an inch and a half clearance above the brackets. So we're having our garage overhauled so everything is sitting outside right now. But everything turned out great. I'm very happy with it. So my next road trip I get to play radio. And he had a 2 meter rig which is sitting on top of transmission hub. That's a Kenwood. Had that for quite a while now. So I had to go online, look for some repeaters that when I go around I can load some more stuff into it. Also the local fire department dispatch in there and the police handhills are programmed into it. All the authorities know me. Let me take a nickel here real quick. And we had a fun Sunday here. We had, not here, but a mile east of me we had a tornado touchdown. Between here and Bismarck there were a grand total of 20 funnel clouds spotted and 12 touchdowns. And my wife said, do I go downstairs? I said, I'm watching radar. It never got near us. We got a bunch of rain over a 5 day period. I end up reporting almost 5 inches of rain. A friend of mine in East Side Town had 9 inches so we really got shocked then. And of course the mighty Missouri is only 7 blocks south of me. So someone said, yeah, if flood is in here it would take one heck of a rainfall up north to flood me out. So I am not worried about that. Just sitting here in my shop, we're doing some remodeling here. And I got to wait until my sun lot comes in here to get one cabinet up. I just put some wheels on so we can move around. We'll enjoy some adult beverages soon and T-minus 20 days until the hockey starts. So October 7th the NHL kicks off. October 8th my home, Montreal has their home opener. It's going to be kind of somber because one of the greatest goalkeepers ever, Ken Dryden, passed away. I won't say he was my idol, but he was actually bored playing hockey. Avira Watts got a chance to say he was bored. Of course he had a great defense. So with that I'll kick it back to Nick. Everyone have a great day. And hopefully catch you all tomorrow. N3NTV Dave in rainy Mowbridge, South Dakota.
