Hey, Gallovine Gourmet, hold on just a gosh darn moment. Now you said you were going to put all the kielbasa, the shredded potatoes, and everything else, the queso cheese in the slow cooker. Now hold on just a gosh darn moment, maybe crack a couple of eggs in there. Okay, go with this for a second. Get yourself out a cast iron pan, heat it up, and oil it up a little bit. Doesn't get it preheated. Add some eggs into that mixture, put it in a pan, and then bake it. A baked frittata. How does that sound?
