Let me find a PTC here. You know, actually I thought of that. There were some over the road guys. I saw one guy that actually did that. There's a little exercise bike in there. I guess you could, but I don't know. I think most places local I've worked at, and I've always been local, they may frown on that. So, I used to carry dumbbells, and a lot of people who try to stay in shape, not all my learned colleagues try to stay in shape, as you know, but many of them do. And they'll carry dumbbells and stuff like that. But I really like this TRX because first of all it's lighter, I can do more things with it than I can with dumbbells. And I roll that up and I just throw it into the bag and that's it. So, you can do this without really having to take out the passenger seat and irritating the boss. So, it works out pretty good. And on the back of this thing too, there's like, I don't know how to describe it, basically you have the airlines that go back to the trailer, the power cable, we call those the glad hands. And there's things that suspend those glad hands off the catwalk, which is in the back of the trailer, or on spring or what have you. But those are fastened too, like arms kind of where they suspend from. Well, I'm on the passenger side of the tractor, that one isn't being used obviously, glad hands are on the left. So, I just take and I put my TRX on that, I can do it on the other side too. This side's in the shade, so that's why I do this side. And I just keep it on there and that's it. So, I mean it's like a whole gym that you can roll up and throw in a bag. So, there you go, that's what I use and it works out pretty good, Jack. Katie at BMI. Alright, yeah that is great.
