Hey good morning there Robert and good morning to everybody on that KG7J Elise and Joe here in Las Vegas Nevada the other Joe and so good morning to Joe, good morning to you, good morning to everyone else on that, good morning to Roy and of course to Bud and Bud, man I'm glad you got to make that, that was really touching the way you said it and just like Robert said you can hear the emotion coming through the microphone but glad you got to do that for sure. Yesterday I took a ride too although not that far but I was out doing a few errands for the first time in I don't know two months or so to two and a half months and it wasn't the doctors so that's a good thing. So I went and gave blood and then I took a ride up into Mount Charleston and just took a small short hike probably only about maybe a quarter mile, half mile just to stretch the legs and get out into anywhere other than my room so it was nice to get out and do a little trail although it wasn't a thousand feet it was probably more like an elevation of probably like 20-30 feet but you know it's a start so I went out yesterday and took a little walk, a very short walk and then came back and then went to the car and started coming home just took a ride to the Air Force base kind of drove around, watched the planes a little bit and then came back home about an hour later so it was nice to be out of the house for once and actually feel, I don't want to say okay but human, I felt somewhat human yesterday. Let me let it drop for a second.
