Well, I was just getting ready to tell you what's funny about that, right? I was kind of rehearsing the statement as I was wondering if Steve was going to answer. See, part of it is I'm kind of benefiting off my brother's connections, right? Because he has a couple of work friends that have a really nice place, a condo. This guy Dominique who rented from us for a while too at one point. So he's like a former tenant here. And so his whole family, a lot of times we go and we hang out with them and they have a big condo which I know they're paying trillions of dollars for. I don't know how much. But it's a nice place. So it's funny, right? It's because of Kelly's connection, my brother Kelly, his hookups that we're even getting the good part about going to British Columbia. Because otherwise if it was up to me, I don't know if I would even go in the first place, but if I was to, then I'd be renting out one of those ARB&Bs. And nowadays most of them are just about as much as hotels because it used to be like a long time ago you would want a price break of some sort when you would get one of those. But nowadays it isn't even like that because they cost just as much as a good swanky hotel or whatever. I mean they're nice little things. You get like a hallway and a couple of rooms attached. It's a nice accommodation. You would never believe that it's for temporary housing, but they charge a lot for even just if you're going to rent it for temporary. So it's something I would have had to consider if I didn't have my brother's connections. I'm more way too thankful of it. Believe me, way too thankful. I guess I could say I can't front on that. Hey, well listen, listen. I'm going to have to love you and leave it because I got a few things I got to do and make some phone calls and probably get up out of this grip. But it was nice to get on here and I'm glad my work's done. And I did get to do a second with you guys. So I like that. That's a good share of the pie. So you have a good morning now. Take care.
