So that just means I'm jealous of all of those, all of you guys that live out in the country and can see the night sky without the city lights obstructing your view. The autumnal equinox occurs in a week at 2.19 PM Eastern Daylight Time on the 22nd. So I'll look for that next Monday. The autumnal equinox is beginning of autumn for the Northern Hemisphere and springtime in the Southern Hemisphere. Actually spring has already started officially down south of the equator. The equator had started on the 1st of September. That's how they work there. The seasons are the first of the particular months of equinoxes and solstices. At least in Australia and New Zealand anyway. At least we found out from our brethren down south.
