Alright, thank you Tim. Well, it's definitely going to be dry today, as well as hot. So, yeah, good day to get some projects done. Well, just looking out here, my wife's out in the yard. I'm not sure what she's up to. She's got to head out before too long. Looking at a project that's kind of halfway done that we're, I think, going to finish up this afternoon. Well, you're talking about a pipe fitting. Boy, I hope that's all it needs. And we've gone through, boy, just a mess of stuff with the old family home that it's finally sold. And we'll be closing at the end of next week. This is for Peter's Station Kilo Kilo 7, November, Quebec, November. Boy, they discovered that the water lines coming into the house was all rusted away, rotting away. And it's still been feeding water, but boy, who knows? And so they had to fix that.
