Alright, thank you Dave and hi to Sam. That's an interesting situation. A sad situation that somebody was killed. But yeah, it's going to be interesting to find out the details of what was going on there. Nothing like a little neighborhood excitement. I think that's maybe a little over the top. My friend over by Silver Lake had a car go off the road and take out a power pole, which took out the power, and crash into a cedar tree and pretty much demolished the car for sure. And other stuff as it was going in there. 25 mile speed limit had to have been going a lot faster than that. Anyway, that's their neighborhood excitement. Fortunately, we haven't got any. And with that, I'll lead into the fact that the weather forecast is saying fire weather warning. I don't like to hear that. Currently, the temperature is 58 degrees. It's supposed to get up to 87 today. An unusual day. Yesterday was fairly cool. Tomorrow 74, mid 70s. The rest of the week looks like that. But today 87. Interesting. And obviously dry. All right.
