Well, good morning Bill and the net. Well, we got a beautiful day down here in the high desert. It's apparently almost 60 degrees finally. It was cold last night. We got down into the 40s. But sunny day today, we're supposed to hit a high of around 83, so a beautiful day here. The AQI is way down around 20, so yeah, the cap dates are just gorgeous this morning, so pretty day. On the sad news front, we had a neighbor's house go up in flames yesterday afternoon and unfortunately one of them did not make it. The other one is in the hospital in Bend and don't know, have a current update on her situation. But yeah, it was a big loss and it's tough anyway. Yeah, kind of a bummer. And yesterday it started this morning as they get some of the reports coming back. Not exactly sure what caused it, but we think it was them doing some weeding or something. I have no idea. So at any rate, I'll keep you posted on that one as we get details in. Sam was down talking to some of the neighbors this morning, so we'll see what we hear back. Anyway, other than that, got some shopping to do today. I got a bunch of stuff. I got the neck back on the sukulele I've been repairing. And so the clamps should come off today and I've got more guitar work to do in the wood shop. So we'll work on that. And yeah, with that I will say 73s for now and I'll turn it back to you.
