AB7PBW. This is KC2PKT. My son bought the house, I don't know, five years ago. No, more like six or seven years ago. And he's got an electric hot water heater. It's the only thing in what we call the basement, which is really just a hole full of dirt in the ground and that water heater. And the problem with water heaters is there's no indicator saying I'm about to blow or I've got a problem, except when you see water underneath them. So that's always a pain. So my rule of thumb is if it's older than 10 years, time to look at a new one. Because they can be dangerous. They can be really dangerous when they go. But if you keep up with it, they have a valve, an emergency valve on the top that you should bring in a bucket and put that under the outflow and then press that handle every once in a while just to clean it all out. Because if that won't release, you can get into real trouble. But good ones are leaking. That's interesting. I've got filters. This is the first house I've had with water filters in it. And I have to get better at changing them. But we'll see. We'll see going forward. Good luck with that. And that too, yeah, sometimes it's just simpler to pull it. And I don't think it's as expensive to pull a tooth as it is to get a root canal. I mean, it's not that big a deal for the dentist. All right. So we've got those.
