Well good morning everybody. It's going a lot better today than it did yesterday. About a week ago I found water in my basement and I put out in some, not a lot of water, but maybe in the little closet where I keep my water heater, maybe a quarter of an inch of water. I put down some towels and pretty well cleaned it up. So I thought, oh man I got to get a water heater. So I called the plumber down here in the neighborhood and with $1,700 for him to come out and change it. I've changed a couple of water heaters in my life myself. You got two electrical connections, two water connections, and the price of the water heater, home base I think used to have them for two or three hundred dollars. I don't know. Maybe water heaters have doubled, probably the tariff or something. I don't know. But I was down there checking it. It kind of turned dry and I was standing there looking at my water filters and all of a sudden I saw a drip. Oh my god, this is wonderful. The filters are leaking, not my water heater. So just drop about every 30 seconds or so. I didn't, you know, it was so slow you didn't really notice it. Anyway, so I've got a plumber friend coming over today. He's going to check things out. We've been here about 10 to 12 years. Well, I might change the water heater anyway, but he won't charge me $2,000 to change it I'm sure. And then I went to Dennis. So I had a sore tooth and I don't know what it is, bone loss or something. He said he couldn't do a root canal on it and so the only thing is to pull it. So we'll have to see. Anyway, a root canal is probably over $1,000 to pull them. I don't know what that is these days. I had a little filling done months or so ago and it was $750. I tell you everything's expensive, but at least it's nice to know that I don't have to replace that water heater if I don't have to. BAC Connect, KV7, PBW.
