N9 OSU, this is KC2 BKG. You know in my management career I ran strings of programmers and strings of developers too. And it was the hardest thing in the world to get them to put indicators in the software that something was actually working. And we were doing, we built an electronic software distribution system that could rebuild your computer in the time it took you to go to lunch. So no matter what you did to it, somebody would come by and go oh this is messed up let's rebuild it. And they would do that. But they didn't build indicators in to say this is what's going on now or something is actually happening. And I think it took me a year to talk them into putting in a progress bar and messages on the screen saying I'm doing this now. So you felt like something was going on. Because a lot of times you turn it on, the screen would go black and you couldn't tell what was going on. People were like well turn it off, something's wrong, something's wrong. And we had all sorts of problems with that. But we finally got them to do it. And I wonder if that's the same kind of thing. It's not enough to have it happen.
