I'd go back... ... ... ... ... ... Oh wow that's so crazy. They're showing a plane that landed during, right in the middle of a soccer game near a school that I used to attend. Monarch Park Collegiate. And somewhere within that park They're announcing it as a school in East York. I guess that's part right. I didn't actually even really think of it as East York, although a lot of the girls that went there came from East York. I should have put that together because they have the Thorncliffe Recreational Center And then they have the Thorncliffe Park Mall, which I used to, oh that's funny, I used to always go to ditch class and I used to always get caught ditching class there because I had an education assistant that just kept following me around, tracking me down every time I played hooky when I was at Monarch Park. And so that guy used to always find me at that mall. Anyway, so some planes they didn't say They didn't say that it was a crash but they said that it was some kind of rough landing. And they didn't say that it disrupted the soccer game. And the reporters are talking about how they weren't allowed to really get close to the site where that happened, right? Because I guess that guy is there nosing around and he is there nosing around trying to find out business. So that's all you need. I'm sure they really appreciate reporters just landing on the scene as soon as that happens. So really strange. That was a school a guy attended there like 30 or so years ago and got a lot of fond memories at that park. There's a lot of dirty ones that I can't say. Most of them just where I would take a girl because I can't use my house because I don't want my mom's nosing in my business and you know so that park. But it's also where a lot of the also where a lot of us used to get high I remember I had a friend Richard Fairfall who could really do the hot knives really good except he stole. He was a kleptomaniac. So he had good characteristics like he could play keyboards and stuff like that. But you had to really count the silverware if you had them at your house and look through the next thing you know you turn your head and he's looking through pockets and all the rest of it. So he was the kind of guy you know he had three hands so you had to be really careful with guys like that. He used to do up the hash really good and yeah we used to use that park and also there was another place called Saint Pat and those kids used to pick on the Monarch Park kids all the time they used to rob them and beat them up and stuff. And so I remembered I had a close call in the park a few incidences that I barely just scraped out and what it was I couldn't really fight back and disgrace Saint Pat. So a lot of times I had to kind of hold back I mean I felt like just sometimes holding somebody against the fountain in that park that started static but then I knew that I could be in a lot of trouble so it was very dicey situations in that park sometimes. There was this hut it was nicknamed the hut and what it was was it was like this little spot it was some kind of improvised tunnel in between the train tracks and between the two schools because they horned on these train tracks that went through the two places. So you're supposed to sit there like there's a bench and you sit there and you would probably wait for your friends to come out and leave or wait for a bus across the way you could see the bus coming and you leave but people would hang out there and there would be trouble and I remember I used to really like that spot but after a few rough incidences where I barely scraped by barely escaped I never went back there it was disappointing because it was a nice little spot I was like why did you kids ruin it? because it was a nice little spot you know you could take your lunch sometimes kids would be there with boom boxes listening to music and we'd sit and smoke but all it takes is a bad apple to spoil the bunch so yeah I'll fetch you even now at that spot there might be some kids that speak of the hut like you asked them if they're at Monarch Park so if you ever hang around in the hut they might still know what it is and you just tell them it's that little trap spot that's like right underneath where the train tracks are who knows? for all you know with today's status and situations there might be people sleeping in there if they were not bad I guess I don't know what you do when it rains okay so I'll turn it back to Russ and I hope this gets you some legs like you know legs for bridge okay back to you
