I've ran discones before. They do their job. I more or less just meant that people get into ham radio in that way as well working like electronics and that. No, I'm well aware of our licenses here. Although the funny thing about that is the technician license in the States is a little bit better than even the Canadian basic plus or whatever license. It's just there's still some things that it entails ours doesn't but otherwise mostly the you know the Canadians are good right I Use it everywhere So you know good enough? Well from what I understand the basic with honors I'm allowed full hf for the villagers full power the only thing I'm not allowed is Remote operation so no repeaters Technically no echolink nodes or digipy mode To let a D star no it's nothing like that Unattended well I'm not in the house So you know you have to shut those off when I leave the house, but otherwise they're up and running So there's not a lot of restrictions when you've got your basic with honors, it's amazing. I'm glad that Canada has that system
