Hi Joan and net this is Sebastian wa7 evz and I didn't do anything very interesting today. I went to the dentist and In the last six months since I was there the last time they have completely Retrofit the office so it was a kind of alien experience None of the same equipment none of the same people Very very crazy and then after that I went and got a donut and I forgot to get a donut for my wife bang and now I am in very big trouble for that so I Went to the gym Because I was in trouble and And Yeah, I was just driving back and thinking How much I enjoy? Driving or riding bicycles at night here in Seattle and how much I hate it during the daytime I hate driving during the daytime. I do like riding bicycles during the daytime, so But I do live in kind of the Greenway area. So it's easy for me to get around by bike But Yeah, it's it's kind of a city that sleeps everyone is tucked away around 9 or 10 and You can kind of own the streets as a as a cyclist or It seems like at least in my neighborhood, so it's kind of fun to go out and ride at night That's usually how I get to the gym and back That's About all I've got I will hand it back to net this is w a7 e V Z Sebastian 7 3 everybody.
