Hey Joan and everyone else out there. Gosh it's good to be back on the air chatting with people. I know Kim, K7JW Kim just waved in the room and said hello enthusiastically carrying the dehumidifier water bucket into port down the toilet. CMI. Anyway, I too like your brother had just got done, just got finished with a bad infection in my toe. Oh my gosh, how I got finished with it was unique though. I was on like a two-way stuck cycling which really sucks because you have to control your diet very heavily around that antibiotic. We knew it wasn't going to do anything but it kept things from getting worse. What the infection in the bone in the tip of my toe wind up resulting in was they took off my whole toe. My whole middle toe on my left foot is gone completely now. And just this weekend, just you know like last Wednesday was when they finally pulled the stitches out. No more antibiotics, no more stitches, no more hobbling around with the big boot on. And gosh, that was a relief. And he had a load of this. The middle toe is gone now and my dancing shoes fit better than ever. Unbelievable. I put them on. Kim and I went out dancing at the Little Red Hen. We went and saw Darcy Carlson, this badass outlaw country western chick that we love. We were belting out some fine tunes and we danced every song. And my foot was fine after years of it being a pain. It was like I had perfectly good feet with eight and a half toes. Because I got half of another one removed on the other foot last year. Anyway, I'm turning sixty-six in December and I hope I can keep not losing toes because it takes two weeks to heal and I need to do things in that two weeks. So that's it. I just thought I would add a little bit of that kind of conversational thread to the pot tonight. Anyway, it was good to hear from your brother and Ann and DJ as well. I've always just heard your sister mention your name but I never actually caught you on the air so it was good to hear you. And I'm glad you're healthier than you were when you were taking the antibiotics. Anyway, I'll kick it back to y'all. I love everyone out there including the people I haven't heard yet. Even the ones I don't know. Alright, take care Joan. I can't wait to see you again. The Ice Cream Social was awesome and I got a great selfie with you. And that's it. W7DBB kicking it back to y'all.
