Rebecca, we made such a good soup yesterday. We took a whole, like some cabbage and onions and all kinds of roasted vegetables. We roasted the vegetables and then we put it in the Instant Pot with two cups of broth and we seasoned it all up and so I heated that up and then we added some more seasonings and half a bag of mixed, regular mixed vegetables. It's so good. And then I made a bread out of buckwheat flour and spelt and applesauce and I used my basil, a lot of it's gone to seeds, so I soaked the basil seeds about half a cup and it works like egg replacer. And there's a little bit of the soup mix still stuck in the bottom of the blender so I put some of that in. Such good bread. Oh my gosh, I'm going to have to eat this. I'm going to have to eat this. I'm going to have to eat this one. Okay Rebecca, that's what's been going on with us. Gail, that sounds heavenly. Oh my gosh. That sounds so good. I love vegetable soup. I love it when it has tons of cabbage in it. I'm here at the house whenever I make soup like that we call it fart soup. That's fine. It's so good. And that buckwheat bread, yum. I love buckwheat. So my brother-in-law's from Eastern Europe. He's from a country called Moldova and their predominant grain they use is buckwheat. So I make a lot of buckwheat here and yeah buckwheat and brown rice is pretty much all the grain that we use here in this house but that soup sounds delicious. And that bread, oh my gosh. With the basil seeds, what? Gail, you're making me hungry. And I just ate. I ate some eggplant. But anyway, Gail, 33Gail and 73 and 88 to you both. And Hank, one of these days whenever I drive back down to Louisiana I'll have to pass by y'all and just hang out for a couple of days. 73 and 88 to you both and 33Gail. Alright, let's go ahead and do last call. Last call for this. Name that last call.
