We've been looking at the country, Nashville, going down there with the country and western folks. And believe it or not, the last time we were there about 12 years ago, we visited a church called the Cowboy Church. And looking to maybe do a Sunday morning service with them again and the Grand Ole Opry and some of that as well. But everything is well here in Philadelphia. The weather is beautiful. I was in Center City this morning taking care of some business. And got back and really wouldn't mind spending the whole day out there with the temperature that we're enjoying. Got a nice little breeze going as well. Looks like we're in the autumn season. And it seems really a nice time to get around and do some things on the outdoors.
