Oh yeah, it's I think the 1940s, somewhere that time frame was built. Anyway, yeah, it's a pretty old one. Just that, Jeannie and my wife had a new roof to it on. Apparently when we bought the house, the insurance wouldn't insure it without a new roof. So that's got a new roof on it now. Anyway, yeah, it's just a little tiny home. I don't know how many square feet, but it's pretty tiny. Well, most of these homes back in the 1940s were on the small side. People didn't require as much space as they do today. I mean, my God, today a family of four might have a 3,000 square foot home. I mean, even this house is too big for us now. I mean, it's an older home. It was built in the 1970s. It's a three bedroom with a basement and all that kind of stuff. And now there's just my wife and I here. It's starting to get a little bit too big for us. And I mean, we kept up with the maintenance and everything like that. But things like mowing the grass or I got this 60 foot driveway. And in the back of the parking lot, they handled five cars. And you got to get the snowblower out. And I'll tell you what, I'm starting to get a little bit too old for that crap.
