27WAKY4NB from Elvis and Barbecue Land. Well, hi, Roy, everybody on the net. And hi to the Canadians up there and anybody else around the world. Good to hear everybody this morning. Thought I'd check in and say hi. It's nice and sunny here. I'm inside for a minute, but with work. But anyway, be a hot weekend coming up. The heat's back on us. Hummingbirds are still here before they migrate, so we've been feeding them. And the flowers are blooming. And the birds are out. So that's always a good thing there, Roy. And I need to play a little HF radio at some point and get that back up. I'll do that around the fall and Christmas for a contest. And not a huge HF for it. It's a low power end. But they don't have to deal with all the noise, hi, hi, so to speak. And it's not worth it. Real happy with all the noise. But hey, I put a little bit of a call in. I was near the top of somebody. And hey, here's how many I had. But hey, you try to put something on hard enough, somebody will hear you. I'm 15 watts. I've been people bleeding. And I got three 855 states and six communities. And they all be a little bit hungry. But that's out of the court. I take the guy out to a big 100 foot antenna. That would help the situation. Anyway, thanks for doing the net. I'd like to talk to you. I got something with this chicken with this. It's a dance. Oh, my mic. OK. We're doing a little more cadence instead of in the net. And three is all. This is repeater station kilo kilo seven. OK, Scott. Yeah, I'll tell you, 40 and 80 have been really lousy the last month. Anyhow, I check in on an 80 meter net. And I can't get in. Most of the time they don't hear me. I have a long wire. But it's not very high off the ground. And my other antenna is a 33 foot wire on the back of the motor home. And all it is is a 14 gauge wire that telescopes up 33 feet. But I've been getting out better on that than I have on the long wire. But the bands haven't been good. Thanks for the check in there.
