K-5 EWH returning. Typically it's October and November when the bulk of them return for the winter season. I've seen numbers as much as 600,000 people move into the area. I don't know if that's true or not, but it's a huge, Phoenix Valley is just a huge complex. I don't know how many millions of people, but it's a gosh darn lot of them. I got some interesting news this morning. Most of you know that I lived in Panama for 21 years. My wife, Marsa, and I started and operated a website called GRT.life because there were no local radio stations, TV stations, or newspapers and that kind of stuff in the area where we lived up in the mountains of western Panama. We lived at about 4400 feet elevation. After Marsa and I repatriated to the U.S. in 2022, we transferred the website over to a friend of ours, Phil Bennett is his name, not that it's important for this to happen. He's a British citizen and lived quite a bit in Africa and all around the world. He's a very experienced and nice guy. He announced today that GRT.life is shutting down at the end of this month because of a five-fold increase in the cost of the website support systems that they use, five times the increase. Most people are now moving over to things like Facebook and Instagram and all this other stuff. It was a bit of a sad moment for me but I knew it was coming. With that, I'm going to turn the net back over to, I think it's Roy who is in net control today. I'm not sure, I'm an old user, I can't remember.
