I noticed two little puddles in the water and Joe was taking a nap and I got him up and he was looking up on the wall. It was all stained and it was dripping water. And we thought, oh my God. So he went and got the step stool up there and I was hanging on to his belt and he had an ice pick and made a hole in the wall and a little bit more water came out and I got a pan there. So luckily we got the air conditioner guy out two hours later. So what a day. So it was, I'll let Joe tell you the rest. It has a happy ending anyway, not the damage that we were afraid it might have been. So anyway, where's our Rosie? We haven't heard much from her in the last couple days and I hope she's on today. And good to hear Dwayne there. And I apologize, Dwayne, I haven't had a chance to call. I've been kind of hectic. So over to Joey and everybody have a good day as possible.
