Well, and I mean, let's face it, it's a depressing place to work and there's only so many people that you can, you know, I mean I think it takes a calling to work there and there's only so much you can do. I mean, you know, if you get someone that's say incontinent, you know, you got to clean them up. That takes time and then, you know, if you only got like four or five CNAs working there and there's, you know, 50 people, I mean you can't take care of everybody. I mean, you know, if each person is responsible for 10 patients, you know, every time that you're with one and the time you're not with the other nine. So, yeah, excuse me, that's rough.
