Oh yeah, I have had a similar phone call with Comcast other than I have absolutely no IT experience. They were not very helpful and I ended up just looking it up online and finding my way through it. I was just using a little clear node, not the wires X, but probably a pretty similar concept at the modem level. A router, I don't know what it is at that point.
