Good afternoon Jack and everybody on the net. Well, I decided if you've got to get something done, you've got to do it yourself. So I'm kind of pacing myself. I went out and mowed the lawn like I should. No problems there. Well, I grabbed the weed whacker. I figured, let's see what happens. I got quite a bit done. Then I ran out of battery power, which is fine. That's time to say, all right, you're out of battery power. Time to quit. So I got a couple more things to do around my bay window and I'll have my place back up to snuff. And I got another $100 in my pocket. That's nice to do. Plus I needed the exercise anyhow. I just pop a little leave because of my back and stuff and my legs. Yeah, I'm stiff and sore, but you know when you get through, you jump in the shower, get a nice hot shower, then you're feeling pretty good. I have noticed though, my rabbits, rabbit report. Down the street below me, I've seen close to 8 to 12 rabbits sitting around down there. Well, the ones up in this neighborhood, by me, we only have five or six. So I got the feeling they're kind of moving down the road, which is fine and dandy. You know, that keeps them out of my bushes and stuff. But it's kind of cute to drive around the neighborhood and see the little hoppers running around. But otherwise, that's the rabbit report. Myself, like I say, I'm getting some stuff done. I got a gal coming out tomorrow to give me appraisal. She better give me a decent one because the house down below me, I don't know if I mentioned this or not, but I probably did. You know me on my short term memory. Their house went for $500,000 or anything like what I've got with my outbuildings and all the stuff I've done to my property. So I better get some good numbers. And then if everything goes well, I'm going to be in a sweet short break. I'm going to be in a situation where about time. That way I'm getting all my wife's debts but a little paid off. I won't have anything there. So I'll be down to where all I'm going to have is my house payment, my utilities, my cell phone, food, and fuel. That's it. I'll be living comfortable and hopefully be able to do some trips next summer. So that's what I'm shooting for. So everybody have a good day. Better tomorrow. That's my rant for the day.
