Okay, thank you Rich. And a brand new lawnmower. Wow. Yeah, go check that out. How many lawnmowers have I had over the years? This place is big enough that a riding lawnmower was in order. And I've had, I think, two of those. And then before that we had a fairly small one. I had been a California trimmer for a while. That was an interesting lawnmower, a real lawnmower. I did a wonderful job of cutting the grass. But it was heavy, well built. And I had to go up and down short stairs with it to get everything. Oh, I remember that. Anyway, thank you Rich.
