KC7, YFE, Net Control, and everybody on the Worldwide Friendship Net. This is KI7BR. I've been pretty absent recently. It's just been a bit tiring. Grandma's been getting over some pretty bad yuck, and I think she's getting better finally, but it's been a slow process. And because she's needed so much done for her in my own anxiety level about how she's doing, I just haven't slept as well as I usually do, so I haven't been up for the net. But I join you as I'm able, and she does seem to be doing better, so that's the good news. Yeah, political violence has no place, and it's regardless of the motivation and regardless of the victim. Yesterday was tragic and a real stain on our country to have this young man assassinated for his views. Then again, I'm going to back up. We don't know. We don't know who did it. We don't know their motivation. So I think it's important to maybe step back, take a breath, and see how that unfolds. We don't know who did it. I think back also a few months ago, Melissa and Mark Horton in Minnesota were gunned down in their home along with their dog. I think it was a dog. Anyway, and it's all political violence. That was definitely political violence, motivated. We have to wait and see what's happening with this, but he was definitely a major political figure in the country, and it just has no place. It's not the way. And I hope the temperature comes down about it. And 9-11, yeah, definitely some memories of that, of seeing it unfold, maybe not seeing, but on the radio as I was waking up sleepily in my bed in Chicago that morning, hearing vaguely on the radio about the first plane and going, wow, that's, you know. And then the second one hit, and I remember sitting straight up, wide awake, because it was obvious what was going on at that point. So all those poor people. I remember just being concerned through the day, like how many thousands, and of course the aftermath, all those people digging out with buckets to heal and to move forward.
