Well, another late night in paradise. Yeah, I was watching some old sci-fi music. Ha, ha, ha, ha. The Day the Earth Stood Still, the original one. Yeah, that was a good one. Our Earth is never gonna stand still. It's gonna keep on going and being a mess. That's another story in the mix. Everything's starting to work out pretty good. I got all my finances in order. I'm doing a refi on the property, which is gonna really fix things up. I'm just happy as a clam on that because now I can get the little repairs I want on, the house done, taken care of, and I'll be good for another five years. I try to do a refi every five years and it works out pretty good. It only bumped my house payment up 150 bucks more, which is still cheaper than going to an old folks home. Ha, ha, ha. Believe it or not, you go into like Shag, one of those places I went and looked at that a couple months after my wife passed, and yeah, they want $2,300 a month for a little one bedroom squatty apartment and stuff, and you have no room. You got one parking spot and you hope you can get in and out of your car. It is, yeah, it did not make sense. So I pooh-poohed that and decided I'm gonna stay here. Still looking for property, but God, property's gone up so high again. It's ridiculous. Guy's house below me went for $500,000 and this ain't anything compared to what I've got for property up here, so the appraisal is gonna come in pretty nice, which means more money could change, yeah, whatever. Anyhow, gonna reduce my antenna mass and stuff. I got one I really didn't like, one I have to redo. That's the one I cut my finger on. Ha, ha, ha, ha, or should they cut it off? But otherwise, not much else going on, just kind of picking up stuff, writing down and making designs for the eddy, for the camping bit. Not gonna get to use it this year, but at least I'll have it all written up, put together and have it ready to go so come springtime, it's camp, camp, camp, yeah.
