Just got done shopping for the cats pretty much I shop more for them than for me. Planning on moving right now so I'm looking at the listings for real estate I've already sold my house so I will be cash rich and home poor so I have to go find a home to live in for me and the cats. That's been the current goal at this point is to talk to real estate brokers and go out on moving to western New York upstate New York because that's what I can afford and I'm going to be a live-in landlord so I'm going to find a place where I can owner occupy and rent out part of it and make my make my mortgage live for free.
