Good afternoon Jack, KG7BIH here. We had an interesting session on Monday. We had four candidates and I did a local upgrade to General and he got a perfect score. Nicely done. We had I hope the next candidate who was a technician, not local, and he kind of struggled clear through the test and did not pass. The question we always ask, how did you study? As expected, it was hand prep. As I said before, so many of the people who tried to upgrade or to test initially are using hand prep with less than satisfactory results. He is going to take a different approach to study and come back and I expect he will pass eventually. I am heading out to Home Depot to finish up the sync project to return the stuff. And tomorrow I have got a long awaited appointment at the VA to address the severe pain I have got in my back. And on Friday, two more appointments to deal with my hearing aid upgrades.
